HIT along with TREK Development will provide Technical assistance to the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute on the development of a new online event management platform for supporting the training seminars organised by the Institute. The Institute's new web-based system to be developed will include a fully-automated event management platform for organizing and booking different seminars and managing users, resources and venues. In the context of the project a call for tenders will be prepared, which will specify the different user needs, functional requirements and technical specifications of the new system to be developed, as well as financial aspects and a detailed risk analysis for the implementation of the new platform.
It is expected that through this new online system, all involved users will have a better overview of the training sessions of their interest, while instructors and administrative operators will be able to schedule and manage each seminar more easily and efficiently.
